2022-Year of The Tiger-A Talk on Fung Shui 風水講座
Dear Members and Friends,
Hope you are well.
Fung Shui is a part of our tradition and an appreciation of the Chinese culture. Many of us may find it interesting to learn what lies ahead of us in the year of the Tiger and how we may adjust to achieve peace and harmony. The Marine Insurance Club will be holding a Fung Shui Talk through Zoom at 6pm on Thursday, 05 May 2022, all members and friends are cordially invited to join.
We are delighted to once again have Mr. Andrew Law kindly give a talk on Fung Shui for the new year of the Tiger. We hope you will be interested to join as we may be able to get some useful tips or advice for the current year.
The talk will last for about an hour. There will be no charge for this event. Non-members are also welcome.

MIC Christmas Party - 11 December 2021
Dear Members and Friends,
The festive season is just around the corner! As a tradition, we are pleased to announce the details of the coming Christmas Party as follows:-
Date: Saturday 11 December 2021
Time: 6:30pm to 11:00pm
Venue: Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC), Meeting Room 1-3, 1/F
Address: 3 Sports Road, Happy Valley
The venue will be available from 6:30 pm and the buffet dinner will start at 7:00 pm until about 10:30 pm. There will be various games and Lucky Draw over the course of the evening. Please do come and join us for what we hope to be a warm, festive celebration of Christmas and New Year!
As subsidized by the Club, the buffet dinner is charged at HK$150 per person for all Members. Each Member is entitled to bring one spouse or child at the cost of HK$250 per person. All other Non-Members are also welcome and shall be charged at HK$588 per person (children aged 4 - 11 at HK$470 each).
The Buffet Dinner will take place at the Meeting Room 1-3, 1/F which can accommodate 48 people. Seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will understandably reserve priority for our Members over Non-Members, in case the number of intended participants exceeds our capacity. Places are limited, please act fast to sign up!

For those who sign up for the dinner but unfortunately could not attend in person on the day, we will charge a forfeit of HK$200 per person.
Last but not least, this event is a Type-D catering in accordance with the Government Covid-19 policy and all related rules should be complied. We are obliged to ensure at least two-thirds of all participants have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and the participants must bring their vaccination record when attending the event. All participants must use the Leave Home Safe Mobile App upon entering the Club.
