MIC Christmas Party 2022
Dear Members and Friends,
The festive season is just around the corner! As a tradition, we are pleased to announce the details of the coming Christmas Party as follows:-
Date: Saturday, 10 December 2022
Time: 6:30pm to 10:30pm
Venue: Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC), Meeting Room 1-3, 1/F
Address: 3 Sports Road, Happy Valley
Capacity: 50 Persons
The venue will be available from 6:30 pm and the buffet dinner will start at 7:00 pm until about 10:30 pm. There will be various games and Lucky Draw over the course of the evening. Please do come and join us for what we hope to be a warm, festive celebration of Christmas and New Year!
As subsidized by the Club, the buffet dinner is charged at HK$200 per person for all Members. Each Member is entitled to bring one spouse or child at the cost of HK$300 per person. All other Non-Members are also welcome and shall be charged at HK$620 per person (children aged 4 - 11 at HK$520 each).
The Buffet Dinner will take place at the Meeting Room 1-3, 1/F, which can accommodate about 50 people. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will reserve priority for our Members, in case the number of attendees exceed our capacity. Places are limited, please act fast to sign up!

For those who sign up for the party but unfortunately could not attend in person on the day, we will charge a forfeit of HK$300 per person.
Last but not least, All attendees will have to present proof of a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) taken within 24 hours in order to enter any of the Club’s outlets or function rooms. Members and their guests are required to show a photo of the RAT result with the name, date and time the test was taken. A negative PCR taken within the preceding 48 hours can be used as an alternative.
These requirements have been mandated from the HKSAR Government and are subject to regular official updates. Non-compliance by participants will be subjected to the Government’s fixed penalty and will also have a negative impact on the Club.
